Classic masterpiece of Apple II
introduction book.
It introduces
main body, peripheral device, card, the usage of Apple II, basic
programming, Dos explanation, introduction of assembly language and
graphics etc.
In Chapter 1,
various kinds of cards are explained from how to connect the Apple II, and
early Apple genuine cards such as Language System Card, Applesoft Firmware
Card, Integer Basic Card, Serial Card, Parallel Card etc. It is introduced
with pictures and is precious.
In the Dos explanation of Chapter 5,
we can also see pictures of Removable Hard Disk of Cameo Electronics and
Winchester Disk Drive of Corvus System.
The cost

In addition to
organizing and explaining more than 500 kinds of software by category, it

This book subtitled “The Most
Comprehensive Reference Book on the Apple II Computer Series Including
IIc” has a thickness of about 900 pages and likes a telephone books.
Apple II As you can see in the title,
Apple II's hardware of main body, cards, peripheral equipment etc. are
comprehensively described.
The book was published in 1984, it
was the completion period of peripherals of Apple II, and it was pleasant
just to turn over the page, with introduction of numerous pieces of
hardware with photos. According to
this book, Dr. Aaron Filler, author of Harvard's biology researcher, was
supposed to have cooperated with Woz and other Apple employees, etc. and
database creation it is said to be used dBase II.
I am convinced with the orderly
editing policy of this book.
The functions of the Disk II
controller card on which Woz created the machine language program Read /
Write Track Sector (RWTS) for Disk II ware later stored in one chip and
